Before founding Onedrops Inc, Leo experienced numerous global projects as a global leadership trainee at Danfoss, as a management consultant at Accenture, and as a strategist at Gree. He is also an ex-officer cadet in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF). He obtained his BS in Applied Physics from the National Defense Academy of Japan in 2003.
In 2012, Leo completed his first marathon -- the Marathon Des Sable held in the Sahara Desert, Morocco. His hobbies include travelling and practicing martial arts.
Alex is an English and Japanese Bilingual, born in the United States and raised in Japan. After graduating the St. Mary’s International School in 2004 and the University of Southern California in 2008, Alex joins Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting and gains professional experience across various industries on themes such as management, IT and crossborder M&A consulting. In 2013, Alex joins GREE Inc. where he was involved in core management issues and domestic/global corporate strategies, and also started up an ecommerce business as an internal venture.
As the COO and one of the co-founders of Onedrops, Alex is involved in various projects and the general operations of the business, and he also provides English and Business Skills training for upper level clients as a trainer at SparkDojo.
Takuma was born and raised in Japan, and is a native speaker of both English and Japanese. He obtained his BA and MPP from Brown University, and started his career in 2010 at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. As a consultant, he worked mostly in the automotive and manufacturing industries, but the projects varied from new market entry to tech strategy, M&A, PMI, and CRM system implementation. After consulting, Takuma joined Valeo, a global auto supplier based in France. At Valeo he initially worked on business development and marketing strategy for both the Japanese market and the global accounts of Japanese automakers. He later took on a global project manager role for a product designed for the Japan, North America, China, and ASEAN markets.
At Onedrops he is mainly working on business development and marketing.
Reina was born and raised in the U.S.; she is a native speaker of English and Japanese and is also proficient in Arabic. She obtained her BA from Brown University in 2010 and MA from Harvard University in 2013. She has worked at various NGOs and NPOs, including Amnesty International, Oxfam America, and Hunt Alternatives. Reina has also worked in the Foreign Policy Department of former U.S. President William J. Clinton’s office in NYC and at the Counterterrorism Division of INTERPOL’s U.S. bureau. She joined Thomson Reuter’s Singapore Office as a political risk consultant in the Terrorism and Insurgency Research Unit (TIRU).
As a Quality Assurance Director at Onedrops and Spark Dojo, Reina ensures consistent top-quality program content and delivery. She likes dancing, especially ballroom and Latin dancing, and she also enjoys cooking, reading, and going on solo trips across the world.
Graduated from the National Defense Academy with a degree in Culture & Humanities in 2004.
Engaged in large-to-medium-sized design development as a freelance engineer.
Following that, and after a period developing web applications at a venture company, joined Onedrops Inc. in October, 2014, responsible for Onedrops’ IT and back-office operations
