We designed and built Mani, a unified enterprise workspace that brings chat, documents, task management, and AI workflows into a single interface. Team members can @mention colleagues and tag specific documents or tasks directly within conversations, maintaining full context. The AI layer understands the relationships between people, projects, and content, enabling intelligent suggestions and automated workflows that actually understand what the team is working on.

Mani eliminated the constant context-switching that was slowing teams down. By unifying four core workflows into one platform, teams could move faster with fewer dropped threads. The context-aware AI layer turned scattered information into actionable intelligence, helping teams stay aligned and productive without jumping between tools.
